Privacy

The short version

Saint's Beauty Studio is a small, private practice. We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry and care for you in the studio. We don't sell, trade, or share your information with anyone outside the practice.

What we collect

When you fill in the enquiry form we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• The treatments you're interested in

If you go on to book an appointment, we record the date and the treatment so we can send a reminder before your visit.

How we use it

Your details are used only to contact you about your enquiry, schedule your appointment, and send you a reminder the week of your visit. They are visible only to the practitioner, who signs in to a private admin area secured by an email link. We don't use your information for marketing or send unsolicited email.

How it's stored

Enquiries and appointments are stored on Supabase, a hosted database service. Email is delivered through Resend, a transactional email provider. Both are bound by their own privacy and security obligations and cannot read your data outside the service they perform for us.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for two years from the date of contact and then deleted, unless you have become a client. Client appointment records are kept for as long as you remain an active client and for a reasonable period after, so we can refer to past treatments if you return.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@saintsbeautystudio.co.nz and we'll respond within ten working days.

Cookies and tracking

The public site uses no third-party analytics or advertising cookies. The admin area uses a single first-party cookie to keep the practitioner signed in. That's it.

Changes to this policy

If anything material changes we'll update the date at the top of this page. The current version always lives at this URL.
